What is inside, how a case is handled, and what is not done here.
It is a regenerative, anti-aging, hyperbaric and functional medicine clinic in Tijuana. It works with patients from Mexico and with patients who cross over from the United States and Canada, in English and in Spanish.
The team is four health professionals: three physicians and one licensed nutritionist. All with registered licenses, all published on the team page.
Everything starts with the evaluation. Your clinical history, your medications and your lab work are reviewed, and out of that comes a written plan that says which therapies, how many sessions and in what order.
When the patient is travelling in, the evaluation can be done by video call before the trip. It serves the same purpose a quote serves: knowing before spending.
BMC Clinic did not start from nothing. Its Medical Director, Dr. Jorge Vázquez Parnass, worked at Sanoviv Medical Institute in Rosarito from 1999 to 2007 and was its Medical Director for the last four years. There he coordinated the process that made Sanoviv the first hospital in the world certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine, in 2006, and there he trained in the functional medicine that is the foundation of this clinic today.
Tijuana has no shortage of clinics that see patient need as a business opportunity. BMC was built to be the opposite: to improve people quality of life and longevity, with judgment built inside a certified hospital rather than with a catalogue of machines.
Cancer is not treated. No therapy is given without a prior evaluation. No result is guaranteed, because in regenerative medicine the response varies between people and nobody can honestly guarantee it.
And a therapy is not given just because the patient asks for it. If your case is not a candidate, you will be told, even if you have already travelled.
There is another clinic operating at Av. Gral. Ferreira 3170, with a different name, different owners and a different specialty. On maps and in search engines the address shows up attached to it, and that causes confusion often.
BMC Clinic is in suite 3170-D. There is no corporate, medical or commercial relationship with any other clinic in the building. It is clarified here, on the page, so that nobody has to work it out on arrival.
