Privacy notice

What happens to your data, including what you enter on the intake form.

01 · Data controller

BMC Clinic, at Av. Gral. Ferreira 3170, suite 3170-D, Col. Madero Sur, 22046 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide.

02 · The intake form does not send your data anywhere

The intake form on this site runs entirely inside your browser. What you type there does not travel to any server, is not stored on this page, and does not reach the clinic until you decide to hand it over.

At the end of the five steps the site builds a summary you can print or save. You decide whether to bring it to the consultation, email it, or not hand it over at all. If you close the tab without printing, the information is gone and no copy remains anywhere.

Your medical information is also never preloaded into a WhatsApp or email link. A link carries the data in the address, it stays in browser history and it can be logged along the way, and that is not a place health information should travel.

03 · Data collected when you contact us

When you write on WhatsApp, call or send an email, the clinic receives the identification and contact data you choose to share, and the health data you mention. It is used to handle your request, evaluate your case and follow up with you.

04 · Sensitive data

Health information is sensitive personal data. It is handled with the corresponding administrative, technical and physical security measures, and only the staff involved in your care has access to it.

05 · Purposes

To handle your request, carry out the medical evaluation, create and keep your clinical record, follow up with you, and comply with the obligations that health regulations place on a healthcare provider.

06 · Your rights

You may request access to, rectification of, cancellation of, or object to the processing of your personal data by writing to the clinic email address. The request must allow us to identify you and state clearly which right you are exercising.

07 · Changes to this notice

Any change to this notice is published on this same page.

This notice is written from how the clinic and the site actually operate. Before going to production it should be reviewed by the clinic lawyer, and the full legal entity name and a formal address for data rights requests should be added.
