Biological signaling

Peptide therapy

Short chains of amino acids that act as cellular messengers, in protocols the physician prescribes according to your biomarkers.

Duration
Set at the evaluation, according to the protocol
Format
Subcutaneous micro-injection, oral capsules or nasal spray, according to the protocol

What it is

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, 2 to 50 of them, that act as messengers: they tell a tissue to repair, regulate hormonal pathways or modulate gene expression. It is a targeted biological signaling therapy.

Protocols are prescribed by the physician, with bioidentical peptides formulated according to your biomarkers and the goal of treatment. They are given by subcutaneous micro-injection, as oral capsules or as a nasal spray.

They are indicated to support tissue repair, the gut barrier, musculoskeletal recovery, mitochondrial energy and metabolism. Response varies between people, and during the evaluation you are told what evidence exists for your case.

What the session is like

  • Evaluation and lab work to choose the peptide, the dose and the route.
  • The protocol explained: which peptide, what dose, which route and for how long.
  • Follow-up with your biomarkers to adjust the protocol.

Who it is considered for

People inside a clinic plan where tissue repair, recovery or metabolism is part of the goal, when the physician indicates it.

When it is not used

When this therapy is not used.

Read this before you travel. If anything on this list applies to you, say so on the intake form and another route will be proposed.

  • Active cancer or a history of hormone-sensitive tumors, especially with peptides that stimulate growth hormone.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to a specific peptide.
Before you come. Peptides used at the clinic are prescribed by the physician. They do not replace the rest of your plan, and none is given without a prior evaluation.

Does your case fit this therapy?

The intake form asks exactly what rules each therapy in or out. It takes ten minutes and ends with a printable summary.
